Our 200L and 400L milk vending machines offer some of the most advanced features on the market, with the added comfort of being able to view and control your machine from anywhere in the world.
Washing:
All our milk vending machines have a smart clean system fitted as standard. This uses cold water and compressed air to flush out the nozzles.
Following the nozzle clean there is a secondary clean for the dispensing area, done via a rotating spray ball positioned in the top. Water is forced from the spray ball, which is mixed with air to provide turbulence to the wash leaving the dispensing area free from milk residue and ready for the next customer. All this is done in less than 30 seconds.
If a bottle is removed before dispensing has finished the machine will sense this and ask the customer to reinsert the bottle, once the bottle has been reinserted the dispense will restart.
Tanks:
We would recommend 2 x 100LT tanks for the 200LT machine, or 2 x 200LT tanks for the 400LT machine, but all are interchangeable, depending on your specific requirements.
By having two tanks inside it gives you the option of offering your customers two types of milk from one machine. When a fresh tank is installed you can select what milk type you are installing on the touch screen, the customer is then prompted to make their selection when purchasing.
If the same milk is put into both tanks the customer will not get the selection option and the machine will use the first tank that was installed. Once that tank is empty you will be notified and it will begin dispensing from the second tank giving your customers a continuous supply of milk while giving you the chance to get your next batch ready.
Using the two tank function will minimise wastage as you will always be removing a empty tank, it will also make it easier to manage the machine as the tank can be replaced later in the day. For busy machines, we would recommend a third ‘back up’ tank to further reduce down time.
Tank Washing:
When a tank is removed, it is removed with the pump and all the pipe work, including the nozzle. This is to minimise the cleaning required at the machine site.
The price includes a wash box, placed at the dairy, that runs the tanks pump and agitator making it easy to clean the pump and pipework.
There is a wash ball connection on the top of the tank that can be connected to a wash pump to clean the inside the tank quickly and easily.
The pasteuriser and wash tank can be washed in the same manor.
