ParcelForce24 dispatch usually takes 1-2 days to receive after sending. On larger items we will be in touch to ensure you are aware of delivery schedules.

We do not store any card information on file. If you choose to save your account details it will be securely saved via our card process, Stripe.
We charge a standard 20% VAT.
We are able to ship to most countries but please bear in mind we will have to provide you with a quote from our courier first.
Most orders are able to be shipped in one package but we cannot guarantee it.
